This photo was taken on Saturday with the bright, early morning sun streaming through the window and over some fresh, hot waffles and ice-cold milk. I thought they were so beautiful. They're a lovely violet color with a vague stippling of pink. Enjoy!

...on a totally unrelated note... my little siter yesterday was telling me about how she found this blog where the girl will create your own font using your own handwriting for a very minimal price. I thought it sounded fantastic so I made her promise me to send the link to this blog. And it turned out this font girl is your sister-in-law, Allie. What a small world!! I thought that was hilarious how it all worked out like that.

I love, love, love tulips. Those and robins, w/ their cute red bellies, are my most favorite things to see in the springtime. You did a great picture taking job, it's as if they are right here on my desk.
