The last room in the house to show you.... Ruby's room and my craft room. Half and half. Ironically, I can't use my half when Ruby is napping, and so it hasn't been used at all yet! ha ha
This was the last room to get put together. It was the catch-all room for quite awhile. Didn't know where it should go? Put it in Ruby's room. She didn't seem to care!
All the time I sat in there feeding her, I would think about where I wanted everything to go. So the actual organizing process went rather quickly when I finally got around to it.
Ruby slept in a little wooden bassinet for a long time, till she was just too big for it. So we finally bought a crib and set it up for her. I had so much fun putting together her little "festival" as Dusty calls it, over her crib.
This is the first baby we have had a changing table for. It came as a combo with the crib. What a miracle not to have to bend over every single time we change her!
Before I had Ruby, I distracted myself by making a few kinds of bow/flowers for her hair. I had lots of fun! Two of the flowers near the bottom were brought back from Hawaii from Grandma Hoopes.
Ruby is starting to have longer awake times between naps, and hopefully I can get in here and get some memory keeping done. I want to put together my December Daily before Halloween comes, and I am also doing my Week in the Life project in a few weeks. I ordered the Ali Edwards kit for my birthday and am so excited for it to come!
The closet it divided in half as well. Half craft stuff and half baby girl stuff.
Ok and some bigger girl stuff as well, since there isn't room in the master closet for my stuff. I dream of the day when I won't have crammed closets! maybe someday. . .
