Day 1: Week in the life

I have started my new project, A week in the life, as I said I would here, getting the great idea from Ali. I have really been in a picture-taking rut lately and I am hoping that this will inspire me to take pictures again.

The basic gist of the project is that I capture each day, for an entire week, with photo and words. I have been taking photos of random things in the home, activities that Tyson does, our daily expeditions, etc. Along side these pictures I have been keeping a log of what we do all day long. Most of it is pretty mundane. But that is what makes up life. I think that this is going to end up well because it isn't taking up that much time and years later, it will mean more than the birthday photo that gets taken each year.

Tyson and Dusty wake up at 7:30 and eat breakfast.
I sleep in until 8:00 and get up and shower
9:00 Dusty leaves for meetings, after-which Tyson jumps on the bed
I prepare stew in the crockpot and cut coupons
Tyson plays, watches Peter Pan, yet again
I look over my Primary stuff
Eat a quick lunch
Finish getting ready for Church and attend until 4:00
Go up to Grandma's and eat dinner
Relax and chat with everyone, listen to stories of days past
Come home, feed Tyson some applesauce
I work on crafts while watching Harry Potter
Dusty gets Tyson to bed
I sort through mail, Dusty watches movie trailers
We watch Planet Earth together on the couch
We read in bed. Me Real Simple, and Dusty John Adams
