Ever since I spent a Christmas in Paris, I have had a soft spot for those special memories. This pillow reminded me so much of the experience. Midnight Christmas Mass at the Notre Dame Cathedral, which was in Latin, yikes. The Ferris Wheel at Place de la Concord, the lights strung between buildings, hot chestnuts from the street vendors. So much fun. It was a good time to be over there.

Tyson spent some of this morning watching cartoons in bed with me while I read magazines and sipped orange juice. It was a refreshing lie-in. We got dressed and left to visit the thrift store. So glad we did! I found so many children's books that were on the list. There were quite a few Christmas goodies as well. I love it when people decide they don't want their nice stuff!
I can't believe that Christmas is only nine days away! I am thinking about our Christmas Eve dinner/celebration, which I inherited from my parents, and which I honestly love more than Christmas morning.
Can't wait!

Oohhh I bet spending Christmas in France was magical. What a great experience. Love little things that help us reminisce.
And I LOVE the Santa 'stamp' (or whatever it's technical term is) that you put on the picture of Tyson in you bed. That is great!
I love Christmas Eve traditions even more than Christmas day as well, so much fun!
